End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Mr. Audio LLC ("Licensor") governing the use of Licensor's products ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by Licensee for personal or commercial use.

2. Restrictions

• Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Licensee may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to third parties without Licensor's written consent.
• Licensee may not remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the property of Mr. Audio LLC.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mr. Audio LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
